Mail not working on Macbook but working on iphone

My mail is not working on my macbook pro. No sending or receiving is possible. I tried all troubleshooting advice provided on your website but it didn't work. Tried to get help via chat and worse than the problem is your advisors who open multiple chats and get themselves tangled without knowing what they are doing and typed irrelevant advice to me which were supposed to be sent to someone else. Wasted 15 minutes going in a loop and without any relevant advice provided. Not helpful at all, Apple.
