How do I leave someone elses Family Sharing that they added me to without my permission.

How do I leave someone elses Family Sharing that they added me to without my permission. It is a fake email and Chinese name. How the **** do I get them off my account and away from my payment information? This is ridiculous.

I see a lot of posts about this problem and very little resolution, what the **** Apple. Do not make it so I can't leave a SCAMMERS family group. I can't even delete my credit card information because of this.
