So after the latest update I can’t seem to FaceTime my husbands iPhone. The FaceTime option isn’t available on his contact card It seems to be grayed out. I have tried everything like turn on/off FaceTime. Logging in and out of my Apple ID, and reseting my network setting but still no luck. Has anyone had the same issue or is it just me it’s driving me bonkers
Have you checked that FaceTime is activated and logged in on your husbands phone? Settings>FaceTime

Try deleting the contact then adding it back. This way FaceTime may check again if the user can receive FaceTime calls and it may finally work.

Yes. I also reset his network settings. I tried everything and it still seems to not work
