I have this big problem my iphone 6s charge some tomes very fast some times very slow the bettery drain so fast even if i don’t use it i replace the battery 3 times cable and adapter are original i don’t what to do replace the charging ic or what

Can you please restate your problem in short sentences with punctuation? It's very hard to understand one run on block of text. What are you trying to do? What happens when you try? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
Ok sorry, my iphone 6s sometimes charge so fast , work normal but when i start to use it in lot of tasks like YouTube WhatsApp... it shut down at 40 -30% and when it start again you see the battery level at 14% or less. Sometimes it charge veeeery slow and the same problem, if i start a video call the battery drained soooooo fast.
I tried to restore it, change the battery 3 times, connect it with power supply (normal)
Now i will replace the u4500 tristar
What do you think about that?

Did you have the battery replaced by Apple/Apple Authorized Service Provider? Or someone else?
I think you should contact Apple and arrange to have them check out the battery. It probably needs to be replaced.
