At one time in my iCloud account I would receive all my emails even from my AOL account. if I send an email to this account it does not appear. Although, I do get e mails from LOWES and some other order house?

Good day, there is no other messages attached. I have tried to sent a message to that account and it does not come up. I have gone to settings and it appears to be all in place. as stated earlier to only messages that appear in my mail are from LOWES and another sales outfit but no other types of emails?
Are you getting any accompanying messages with the emails that are being blocked? Do you any rules in place?
