Kernel Panics and System Crashes

So recently I decided to attempt at torrenting an application but ended up getting a virus. My system shut down due to a kernel panic and I thought "okay no big deal, I'll run Norton and MalwareBytes." Long story short, Norton causes more kernel panics, MalwareBytes doesn't detect anything and I take my computer to an Apple authorized retailer. The only solution was a hard reset and reinstall of OSX High Sierra, which I did. My computer was running smoothly for about a day but then another kernel panic happened. I looked on the Apple forums and found a thread that mentioned EtreCheck. I installed EtreCheck and ran it. I got a kernel panic on the first run, but the second scan went through and was able to give me a report. I also went in to console and looked at the kernel reports logged there. Here are the EtreCheck reports and console reports:

It is most definitely a hardware issue.

Did you take it to an Apple Store or an Authorized Apple Service Centre? It doesn't matter too much. Wherever you took it before, take it somewhere else next time.

Your hard drive controller is failing. There is no software conflict. Is this machine still under warranty? If so, act quickly while it is still covered.

Although there are no macOS viruses, if you choose to host a torrent client you must accept the possibility of either intentionally or inadvertently installing Mac malware as a consequence.

There is no software product—including "Norton" or "Malwarebytes"—capable of providing absolute protection against that very likely possibility, if you choose to download or host torrents. Don't even bother using them. They won't help.

You can copy and paste the contents of both the kernel panic and Etrecheck reports here. There is no need to use Google (and I did not read them).

Please understand that I am not criticizing your decision to host download torrents—it's your Mac to use as you see fit—I am just pointing out the utter futility of relying upon non-Apple software to protect your Mac from the threats you invite by doing so.

Yes. They looked at hardware after I told them about the panics and when I picked the computer up, they said it was almost definitely a software related problem and that I should reinstall macOS High Sierra and hard reset.

That's too bad. It is absolutely a hardware problem - no doubt whatsoever.

Is the machine still covered by a warranty? Did you take it to an Apple Store or an Authorized Apple Service Centre? Maybe try a another place. If you still have any warranty left on this machine, then try very hard before your warranty expires.
