How do I turn on mms/sms on my iPad Pro so it will send
I have a new iPad Pro and my SIM card is installed. For some reason I cant sens mms/sms messages. How do I turn on mms/sms messaging on the iPad Pro?

You need a cellular telephone with a cellular voice network connection to send and receive SMS/MMS texts. No iPad has ever been capable of connecting to any cellular service provider‘s voice telephone network. They are data only devices.
If if you have an iPhone you can use iOS continuity to share the iPhone‘s SMS/MMS capabilities with the iPad - Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support
Otherwise, an iPad is restricted solely to internet messaging services, like Apple‘s own iMessage service between fellow Apple device users, or Skype. google Hangouts, etc.
