After macOS 10.13.4 update I got problems with macOS apps (Safari, App Store, iTunes) behind an enterprise proxy (NTLM Auth). One of them are /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CoreParsec.framework/parsecd. It is asking for keychain password all the time. Sometimes these apps stop access internet but others like Mozilla Firefox work fine. Anyone with that problem too?

I can't find "proxies" for example. But that's the one that is mentioned in the pop-up window.
-- sorted. I had to put it in all entries, where I saved my proxy password. Http, https and socks.
"proxies" as a keychain item does not exist.
Just choose "Allow all applications to access this item", this solved the problem with multiple entering password for every application, including persecd
You need to find a Keychain Access login item kind "Internet password" for your proxy server. Usually with the same URL.
I'm using CNTLM to create a local proxy to forward thought the enterprise proxy. It's easy to install by Mac Ports. That is what I have for now.
That's not only in Safari and it didn't resolved the problem. A minimised the problem including "parsecd" manually in "Key Chain Access" allowed apps to my proxy credentials. However, some times, Apple apps ( iTunes, Safari, App Store ) insists in not access internet throught enterprise proxy. I repeat. It don't happens with other apps like Mozilla Firefox.
Go to Safari preferences and under the search tab, turn off 'include search engine suggestions'.
Just read the first message. That's the problem. "Always Allow" don't work anymore after 10.13.4.

Same here, it's only when connected to my corp network.
Always Allow doesn't work. It pops up every time I enter something in the URL field in Safari. Multiple times.
I have the same issue as well. Every time I try to use the spotlight search it pops up, and also in Safari.
