FileMaker Server screws up macOS Server

Installing FileMaker server required me to kill the apache service that was running. I figured everything would be OK after the install but it's not. FMS is ok, but my iCal server is no longer running even though in server stats it says it is. I read elsewhere that the "fix" was to remove macOS server and re-install. I did that, but it's still not working. When I point my browser to port 8008 I get no response. What can I do to check/fix this?
