I downloaded a png to my iPad and placed it in a folder. I did not get an option to place it in "photos". How do I make it show in the photos app so I can move it to an album? This is why I hate apple products. They make it so hard to do the simplest things. 😠

No, you do not have to. Just tap on the sharing icon and then choose "Save Image". It just that easy!

The option to add the PNG file to Photos for iOS is called "Save Image"!
You need iTunes to get photos sync to your Photos app.
Won't that go to Camera Roll?
I understood the file is already on the iPad.
You can also move files to your iOS device using iCloud Drive.
Right! And you access your camera roll / photos with Photos for iOS.
So, the picture is already in iPad and I have to send it to the cloud to be able to see it in the Photos App? 😠
