Apple ID playing up
Just created an Apple ID and every time I try download an app it says it’s a locked account yet once I’ve reset it, it goes back to the same thing saying it’s locked?
What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
