Again, the app itself is not stored in the cloud as has already been pointed out. The cloud next to the app in the store simply means you have downloaded the app from the app store, and you can download it again. If something is missing from the app, that has absolutely nothing to do with the cloud.
Because that is how you access the redownload of the app.
iCloud is a service that allows you to redownload your purchases from Apples servers. They do not store your purchases in a separate place just for you. They simply allow you to redownload form the iTunes store.

I’m just trying to get my Marketplace icon to appear like it is on everyone else’s phone by deleting the Facebook app and reinstalling it. But I didn’t want to reinstall it from the iCloud because that’s where I downloaded it the 1st time. Any suggestions on how I get a Marketplace icon to show up on my Facebook app?
