Exporting separate regions

Hi there. I have been burning songs via an Apogee Duet into Garageband for a number of years and never had an issue. I recently moved over to my new Mac (MacBook Pro, 2014, IOS: High Sierra 10.13.1) and have been burning tracks but for some reason when I export them, they export at the length of the longest track on that particular file. So Audio8 on the screenshot is 8.03 long and so all the other songs I'm exporting are now 8.03 long, instead of their actual length. The old GarageBand automatically understood this and exported each region at the correct timing. This new version does not seem to. Is there a way to get it to export correctly? Thanks!User uploaded file

turn on the Cycle bar and stretch it to exactly encompass the length you want exported:
