If you mean that you want to change the email address that you use for your Apple ID (including for iCloud), see the following procedure. None of your iCloud data will be lost or affected. Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

Be sure to note the following from that link in particular:

Before you change your Apple ID email address, you need to sign out of every Apple service and device that uses your Apple ID. If you want to use your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to change your Apple ID, stay signed in to your Apple ID on just that device.

Do you have a computer? One option would be to install iCloud for Windows and download them to the computer. There is more information in Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support

If you don't have a computer or another option even if you do would be to install the Google Photos app on your iPad and upload the photos to Google Photos: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/google-photos/id962194608?mt=8

While it is always a good idea to have an archived copy elsewhere if possible, you will be able to access the data after you sign back in. See the following from Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support

If you sign out of iCloud and you don't keep a copy of your data on your device or your Mac, you can't access that data on your device or your Mac until you sign in to iCloud again.
