Help needed please
Where do I stand with my rights when the store breaks my phone when in for a screen replacement?
‘my daughter took her phone in for a screen replacement and when she went to pick it up they had broken it so that it wouldn’t even switch on, they said that they did not have that phone in stock ( iPhone 8 ) so she would have to go to a different store tomorrow to get it .
Should it be replaced with a brand new phone? She got it in January
