Has anybody any idea what iCloud is doing while constantly having 50-60MB/s on hard drive and high CPU, but no network activity? Downloading new images/videos recorded on my iPhone takes several days or even a week, network bandwith is not a problem, I have fiber optics 200/100 MBps.

Thx for the reply. It could be the problem, my library is about 160 GB. Are there any possible solutions to this problem because this is unusable? I’m also using google drive and it works fine with that size. Previously I was using Dropbox and also no problem with it.
As far I know, there's no known solution. When I uploading my wife's library to iCloud which was around 8K-9K (at the time), it took around a week with many hurdles to overcome.
I certainly concur that Google & Dropbox do work exceptionally and efficiently better than iCloud.
If you have a huge library, it will normally take a while to load to iCloud.
