My phone quit displaying landscape when rotated. How do I enable?

The orientation lock setting is in Control Center. Slide up starting from below the bottom of the home screen. The icon for orientation lock is a lock partially surrounded by a circular arrow. If it is on, a smaller version of the same icon will display in the bar at the top of the home screen.
