What exactly are you trying to do? You do not have access to iOS itself so cannot alter any of its internal services. The clipboard is part of iOS itself and stores the copied or cut material in RAM until pasted. You cannot access nor alter the iOS clipboard itself.

You don't "get to" the clipboard. When you cut or copy something, it is placed in the clipboard. You can then paste it into another app or document.
Open a message, email or note and put your finger on the screen with a little force, and choose paste.
