i am trying to go back in my phone through messages. I do not delete any messages from this person.
Is there a way to go back to a specific date of messages and then read from that date on?
If there isnt, there should be scrolling and waiting is crazy...this IS apple isnt it??

You might also want to consider an application such as PhoneView (Mac) or TouchCopy (Mac or Windows). They allow you to archive your messages to either a PDF or text file, both of which are easily searchable. Also, your conversation is then archived in a format that doesn't require an iPhone to read.

There doesn't seem to be a way to search by date
Maybe if you could recall some keyword from a conversation around then? (what were y'all talking about?)
