Server 5.5 Clean Install on High Sierra

I've got a Mac Mini that previous ran Server 2.2.5 and Mountain Lion which I've upgraded to High Sierra. I want to install Server 5.5 on this but get an error message "Unable to set up Server" " This version of Server does not support upgrading Server data on this volume ....." I don't care about the old Server data. How do I force a clean install of Server?

macOS Server Upgrade I'm migrating a Mac mini (mid-2010) running OS X 10.11.6 with Server 5.2 to a Mac mini (late-2014) running macOS 10.14.6. Migration Assistant went fine but on the 10.14.6 mini when I find the Server app in the App Store it only offers me Server 5.9 which of course requires macOS 10.15. How do I install Server 5.8 (or whatever the 10.14 compatible version is)? It used to be that you could click on whatever the latest Server version was in the store and it would automatically download an earlier, compatible, version if required, but that doesn't seem to happen any more. Now the "Upgrade" button is greyed out and I can't find any way to install an earlier Server app version.

running mojave and cann't finde macos server 5.7 in app store!? Updated yesterday to macOs Mojave on a mac mini running macOs Server 5.6.1After upgrade I got the message, that Server 5.6.1 is not longer supported and I should upgrade via App Store.I upgraded - but I got 5.6.3 ???Now the same message appears after booting the mac mini - but in App Store there is no Upgrade for macOS Server 5.7 available...?Who can help?Thank You in advance

2011 Mini MAC SERVER UPDATE TO HIGH SIERRA? I inherited a mid to late Mac-mini server now running Sierra. Can I upgrade to High Sierra? I know it's old but it's a Mac, it still works wonderfully has 16GB memory and plenty of storage. Give me good news.

That's going back a bit in time, but moving aside /Library/Server/ or deleting SHOULD do the trick. Although, I think some of those earlier versions still stored settings in /etc/ and data in /var/. I'd start with /Library/Server/ though.
