Garageband iTunes library

I bought a song on iTunes about five seven years ago. It appears in my library when I search for it on iTunes but doesn't appear in my music when I look for songs on garageband to edit. Please help. I am reading a lot about AAC files and I do not know if this applies to me or not.

Does the song you purchased from the iTunes Store have digital rights assigned?

GarageBand cannot use songs that are in the format Protected AAC Audio file.

If you select the song in iTunes and open the Info panel with ⌘I, you can check the format. Click the "fie" tab in the Info panel.

For example: This song cannot be added to an audio track in GarageBand:
