Local music skipping after upgrade to iOS 11.3

I am occasionally having playback issues with songs syned via iTunes in the music app. I get some skipping and garbled sound on the odd track. Killing the app and restarting solves the issue. Anyone have this problem?

Music not playing on iOS 15 Since I updated to iOS 15.1 my Apple Music has not been working properly. It sometimes works after I move the time ahead 10 or more times but most of the time it quickly jumps back to zero and won’t let my to play music. It only works when I’m connected to data or wifi but I mostly listen to music offline when driving. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Apple Music Songs Skipping/not playing I updated to iOS 13.4.1 last night and today the playback on my Apple Music is choppy. Sometimes the song won't start right away or it will skip (like a scratched disk would). Anyone else having a similar problem that found a solution?
