how to check warranty status of EarPods ??

If they came with an iPhone, they have the same warranty as the iPhone.

If they were a separate purchase, they carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase from Apple, or an Apple authorized reseller.

Don't believe EarPods have serial numbers. On the box of the ones I bought separately, I can find model and part numbers, and something that may be a serial number but does not say it is.
