MackBook Pro, OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5
MacBook gets very slow and because of that I have re-installed,After re-installing macbook the FileVault status show:
FileVault : ON
Encryption: Pending
Because of that I cannot Install OS X EI Capitan. Any suggestion how to complete FileVault Encryption or to Stop to Install OS X EI Capitan.

For MacBooks, encryption cannot occur when the machine is solely relying on battery power. Encryption should immediately resume once you've plugged your charger into your MacBook.

It is more than two weeks now, computer is connected to power, but still problem is not resolving.It is really frustrated.
