Apple ID on another phone

I have another iPhone where I was using my old email address for my Apple ID. My phone stopped working so I deleted that email address. Not when I try to use it it says the email it has is not an Apple ID email address so I can’t reset my phone. Is there someway to reset the entire phone with my old Apple ID email address?
