Apple ID is locked or incorrect

My daugther has locked her iphone 7. She tried so many times to put password for ID and now is it locked.

what she acctualy done with her iphone i dont now really but iphone is now locked and ask for ID.

i called yesterday apple support but i have not receive any mail or call back from the operator, even she said that she will. I need help, please help me

Her ID is locked, or her phone is locked? Big difference.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - https://support.apple.com/HT204106 - "If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services. You can unlock your Apple ID after you verify your identity."

What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID email address or password - https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID.

You might also wish to review age of your daughter and letting her have unfettered access to her phone if she is not old enough to understand this is an advanced technological device with strong security features.
