voicemail transcripts not showing

I used to get voicemail transcripts on my iPhone 6s and then for some reason they stopped occurring. I did recently see the transcribing now message (so the setting seem to be set to do so) and then the transcribed message never appeared. Is it a memory issue? My phone does seem to be a lot slower these days but not sure if that’s potentially a factor ?

How can I get voicemails to show up again ? (I’m using the most recent iOS update)

Although since I had press home for Siri already turned off, I turned it ON and that seemed to be the fix. I saw someone say that later they were able to turn press home for Siri off again and that they still kept receiving transcripts

Do as he suggested. Contact your carrier. Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature.

FYI. I called apple support. She told me to go to settings. Then siri and search. Turn off press home for Siri. Power off. And then power on. Wait 24 hours. We shall see

Yes it worked ! I found that on another forum and tried it and now my voicemails are showing up. It didn’t happen right away-

Ask your carrier voice mail is server side so it’s not ios controlled it works even if your phone breaks

Same here. I cannot see my visual voicemails. Just says Call Voicemail. I updated phone, reset network settings, and called Att. No help. Any other ideas?
