Ive been saving money to give set up more smart devices in my house. Since I buy mostly apple products Im trying to buy appliances and devices that are compatible with siri but I am having little bit of trouble trying to find the ones I want or have more questions. How would I go about making my house compatible with siri: lights, thermostat, garage door opener, door locks, door bell, cameras, and much more?
Start here: iOS - Home - Apple. You need a device such as a HomePod, Apple TV or iPad to function as a HomeHub, and you need devices that are compatible with Apple HomeKit.

Not unless the manufacturer decides to release a bridge device to create compatibility or can somehow achieve it through a firmware upgrade.

None at all. I have a HomePod but no HomeKit devices.

What if I had some devices that are not compatible with the home kit, Is there any way I can still use siri for that device?

Yes. I currently have an Apple Music subscription which I suspect helps to get the best out of it. Calling up albums or tracks on demand that aren't already in my own library is a great feature.
