My school recently purchased 30 ipads for student use through grant funding without realizing that our school's tech support doesn't support ipad deployment. I am the literacy coach and am over my head with this. From what I can figure out I need to get apple configurator, but I don't have a mac. Can I get it on one of the ipads or on pc?
You can use a web based mdm. They general cost money. Follow this discussion for low cost MDMs.

This will be a pita. You can get 30 apple ids. Be sure to enroll them in with an apple id.
