Can’t download iOS 11.3 on my 6s. Error occurs while downloading update. I have plenty of room and on WiFi and plugged in. Help please?

The error is still showing and and looks like this.
I tried to go and delete iOS 11 to reload it but can not find it in suggested location to delete. I have no clue on why my phone is having this issue!? Do I reset my phone and can I do this without losing contacts, photos and other important info I have in other areas?
