moving files from ssd to hdd
i'm having issues with moving files from ssd to hdd. it will take like an hour to move only 2gb files? is this normal? please help. thank you
How are the 2 devices connected to the Mac?
What are the 2 devices?
For example, I have an "OLD" (like really OLD) Drobo connected to an old Mac via old USB2 and it will sometimes only transfer data at around 1MB/second, which will take awhile to copy 2GB. But I use this device is used for archive storage, so I do not mind its slowness.
My point is that what devices, how are they connected, etc... matters.
