Hi Eagle1953.

Unfortunately, no current Apple Watch model directly has glucose level or blood pressure monitoring as a built-in feature.

There are a number of third-party apps for iPhone which include Apple Watch capabilities that offer features to record and analyse these levels, some of these apps use other meters or readers to get their information from.

For example:

It's worth noting however that both of these solutions are third-party apps and accessories so Apple cannot make any guarantee themselves and Apple's Important safety information with the Apple Watch says:

Not a medical device Apple Watch, the heart rate sensor, and the included Apple Watch apps are not medical devices and are intended for fitness purposes only. They are not designed or intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.

I hope this helps!
