Safari search bar google location

I am currently live in United Kingdom and most of the time using google.co.uk is much better than using google HongKong version. However everyone I typed into Sarahi search bar it directs into HongKong google which is really Frustrating. I have changed my iOS account setting there’s no such information showing I came from China whatsoever and default search engine is UK based. I also changed my google account setting to the same level of clarification of I am now living outside CHINA. Any one helps me find the problem and get rid of this nauseating issue?
