How do you load iTunes U to Microsoft Surface Pro III

I have an iPhone 6S + and a Microsoft Surface Pro III. I have downloaded some itunes and itunesU to my iphone. I have downloaded itunes to my surface pro III but am not seeing how you download itunes U so I can listen to lessons from itunes U. ... I am not a professor, not trying to upload lessons, just want to listen to some lessons that i have downloaded.

You cannot. There is no iTunes U app for Windows.

Depending on the type of lesson or course, you may be able to download it directly in iTunes and listen to it there:

Courses can only be plaid on iOS devices. Collections can be downloaded and played in iTunes on Windows.
