issues with my apple id verification

I just got the iPhone X and i set up an Apple ID and it keeps saying my account has been locked it needs to be verified has me change the password every time I try signing how do I fix this. I can’t even download apps. I push unlock account makes me do new passwords

If you have done the steps below and are getting the error Message(s), contact iTunes Support.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support

Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
