My Apple devices won't connect to certain Wifi routers I recently moved countries (I'm currently living in France) and before I moved to my current appartment I stayed in an Airbnb were I faced the same problem, my iPhone and my MacBook wouldn't connect to the Wifi. At the time I thought the owner of the Airbnb had given me the wrong password by mistake so I didn't think much of it, but now I'm facing the same issue in my current appartment. The message it shows me it's that the password is wrong. When I try to connect via Systems Preferences on my computer I can see it sort of struggling to connect, for very brief moments it displays the message "Wi-Fi has the self-assigned IP address ..." but it later fails and it shows me the same message that the password in incorrect. I have tried multiple solutions, but, obviously, nothing worked. I'm currently using my phone data in order to have access to the internet.

Connecting and rebooting I have moved from Canada to Thailand. No matter whether I turned on my MBP from a fresh start or brought it out of sleep mode, when I was in Canada it automatically logged in to my home WiFi and never a problem. Where I am now, the residence has WiFi also. When I turn on the MBP for a fresh started, I can go to the WiFi of the place and log in with my username and password. However when I bring it out of sleep mode, it will not connect unless I shut it down and go from a fresh start. I assume that there is a setting where I can have it log in from sleep mode instead of having to reboot. Does anyone have ideas? Thanks

How can I connect to public or WiFi that requires you to login? But the login screen doesn’t show up? I tried everything but every time I go to hotel or connect to public WiFi it connects automatically and does not require me to login. However when I my sister connects it asks her to login and she can use the WiFi. For me it doesn’t require me to login and the wifi does not work. I need to solve this soon and I hope someone can help me!

If you mean wifi on an airplane, well, the only way to connect to their wifi network is over wifi. You're normally instructed to place your device in airplane mode (to shut down the cellular telephone radio) and then enable wifi to use in-flight wifi services. Those in-flight internet services are strictly wifi only.

Unless you mean something else - I have no idea what "hp data" means (to me, hp means hewlett packard).
