Long long restart/boot
Hello, I have a mid 2012 MacBook Pro. I am experiencing a long boot process, over 45 min. I am able to turn on Mac and get to screen where I enter my password. The bar under my name takes roughly 45 min to load and once it fills up the Mac just sits there. I am still waiting once the bar has filled, over 30 additional minutes. I tried to reset the PRAM and it didn’t help. Recently I changed from 4mg of RAM to 8. It was working great and suddenly I am experiencing this problem. I am on High Sierra, 99.9% sure of that. I also believe I have plenty of space on my hard drive. I checked before rebooting and the only login items I had was iTunes helper. Any advice is appreciate! Thanks!
