i paid for mackeeper and it is going to auto renew how do i stop it

I don't believe that you can subscribe to Mackeeper through the Mac App Store. You may be able to cancel by logging into your account with them at MacKeeper Account

Based on their horrible reputation, I don't expect that you will find it easy however.

And in that context the foregoing also applies to their latest offerings,Advnced MacKeeper, AdwareBuster and AdvancedMacCleaner ,which were quickly found to not identify much of the adware around.
