missing Madden Mobile in app purchases

My daughter made two purchases within the Madden Mobile app and neither purchase was credited. We trouble-shot through the Madden Mobile "help" section, so we rebooted the app and then rebooted the iPhone. Still nothing. How can we go about fixing this so that she has the "Madden bucks" in the app, or how do we go about getting the iTunes credit back? Any help is appreciated.

The purchases went through successfully, do they show on the iTunes account’s purchase history ? If they do, and if the developer can’t or won’t help, contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
