Can't play downloaded Netflix videos on iPad.

I need your help please. Since the update to IOS 11.3, I've not been able to stream or watch download led videos on my iPad. It worked before the update, but since after, no way.

This is a known issue.

You need to keep a Wifi network still active to play even downloaded Netflix movies.

No one knows if this is an Apple issue or Netflix issue.

Apple is putting the issue/blame on Netflix. Netflix is pointing the blame at Apple for this issue.

It appears that this issue STILL has not been fixed by either party.

Nothing you can do except complain to both Apple and Netflix.
