Why can’t I remove my debit card information ?
When I try to download a free app it says it’s need a card with funds I tried to remove payment information and it won’t let me I had no problem downloading apps before

Apple ID - If you can‘t choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
