beddit sleep monitor not working with app

good morning - i recently bought a beddit sleep monitor. when i set up the same it could not connect with the beddit-app. the message was that this beddit unit is no longer supported since november 2017!

does anyone have any idea if there is another app to track and monitor or what to do to make it work? i paid a lot of money and did not realize there is a newer version and this monitor cannot talk to the latest beddit-app.

very frustrating...

Sounds like the version you would need would be this one:

If that is not the one you have, then you probably need to take it back for a refund, and then purchase the one that is current.

thanks gail. i bought mine new a few days ago... the only thing i need is an app that connects with the monitor. the monitor should be more than fine. unfortunately i am living far away from an apple shop and it is all online purchases, so this is additional costs as well. have a nice day. c.

Not clear on what the issue is? What device are you attempting to use it with? What iOS is the device running? I'm not sure what you are indicating about the app? The error you provided implies that the actual beddit model you are using is not current.
