redemtion code
i jave been given a redemption code to download the Typcas app. when I have tried to do this, it is saying the code has expired, although I am assured it does not expire until end of April.

See Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Music Gift Cards, and content codes - Apple Support. Check again with whoever supplied the code. Perhaps they have made an error over the expiration date.
