Is it possible to find a download history of apps?My iPhone restarted and everything is gone. No backup available😔

On your iPhone go to the App Store App, and tap on the circle with your picture at the top right, and then on Purchased to get a list of all purchases made on the currently signed in Apple ID. You can then tap on the cloud icon to download them.
