YNAB student subscription refund.

Hi, I started a subscription through YNAB the budgeting app and it is supposed to be free for college students. They said I should be able to get a refund or my free subscription through Apple support if I reported a subscription problem instead of cancelling my account and starting a new one. Thank you for the help!

refund for subscription renewal I had a free trial for an app and the subscription renewed for a whole year, I don't use the app at all and I have cancelled my subscription, Is there any way I can get a refund? I would'nt mind as much if the subscription was like £5 but I was charged £32, I am a student and that is literally my whole bank account right now.
