Am i allowed to make a video along with music i assembled from garageband on youtube?

I plan to make a video of photos and short videos on YouTube, that is accompanied by music I assembled from GarageBand, and I’m not sure if it’s allowed.

Lazy-bug, just because it's ok with Apple doesn't mean you won't have any problems over at YouTube. If somebody else has a video up already and it happens to use the same Apple Loops you're using in your video, and they're using YouTube's Content-ID system there's going to be a chance your video will be flagged by the system's algorithm which will most likely lead to action taken against you.

This happened to me some time ago with one of my first uploads to YT. It was a for-fun video of a Magic GarageBand song I cut up and arranged myself to be more/less a full length track. I was hit with a copyright content-id claim by someone half way around the world that apparently claimed the rights to Apple's music. I came here to see if anybody had any insight into what I thought would've been impossible. Nobody knew anything. I might've gotten the same link you did, but it didn't address the issue I was facing - the same issue you might face.

I ended up disputing the claim against me and fortunately, no protest was issued by the other party concerned, so my video was reinstated as normal and the strike that would have been placed on my channel was lifted.

The whole ordeal was quite enough for me though - I won't be uploading anymore videos like that, simply to save myself the headache.

I have no idea if something like that will happen to you, but I thought you should be aware something like that can happen to you. And at least you won't be caught off guard by it like I was. Anyway, good luck..

Apple grants you a non-exclusive right to do ANYthing you want with ANYthing you create using any of GB's included content (and/or your own content).

you can give it away, sell it, use it in videos to which you own the rights, or anything else you can think of doing.

what you can not do is distribute Apple's loops as loops (i.e. redistributing their content, rather than making something of your own using their content), or prevent someone else from using Apple's content to make their own creations.
