How to install Microsoft excel 2007 on my MacBook pro

Microsoft Office 2007 was only for Windows. To install Excel 2007 on a Mac you would need to be running a version of Windows that can support that version.

You can use either Bootcamp or a Virtualization application such as Parallels or Virtual Box to install Windows.

With that said however, why do you need such an old version of Excel?

Office 2007 is a Windows product. You need to run it through Windows, CrossOver Mac, or Wine, or use a Mac OS X version of Office, or an alternative program such as LibreOffice.

What version of macOS is it running?

A possible suggestion would bed test LibreOffice and see if meets your needs.
