I have an iphone & a samsung galaxy tab e tablet that are both on at&t . Number sync does not work. According to AT@T Apple will not let these 2 items sync up any longer. Is that true?

I don't believe that has ever been thing.

An iPhone can sync for calls and messages with an iPad, but Apple has never either allowed or disallowed such sync form their side with other devices. Its simply not natively possible due to the different operating systems on the devices.

If it was possible to do, it was something AT&T did from their side.

How did work? Did you have an App on the tablet that allowed this?
