Could not activate iPad (ipad mini 4)

Dear,

My iPad mini 4 reset all content and settings is now showing Could not activate iPad. Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Any help would be appreciated.

Itunes 12.7.4.80, restore ios 11.3.

The problem continues.

Device is brick. how do i solve it?

It appears that, after resetting your iPad mini 4, you need to reactivate it again. The problem is, you're receiving a message that the activation server couldn't be reached. I'm happy to help.

If you can‘t activate your iPhone -- Even though this article was written for an iPhone, the steps can also help with an iPad.
