Since I upgraded Safari 11.1, the body of my emails in OWA don’t show up in the reading pane. The “To” and “Re” and the "Attachments list" show up, but not the actual message. To read them, I have to double click each email which then opens up a new window.
This is a Safari problem because OWA works fine in Firefox. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
Under the view tab check "Use Conversations" and you should be back in business. Hope this helps Apple find a better fix.
Here's where it was in Outlook, once I chose "Use Conversations" the reading pane worked again - thanks Eric!
This is a work around. Safari still does not correctly display the individual email in the reading pane. The Safari app needs to be fixed. This does not happen in Chrome.
I did all of the above (checked extensions, removed internet plug-ins, removed cookies & cache for the site, cleared Safari history). Still having same problem. IT guys at work say just use Firefox but I’d rather not for work purposes. Any other thoughts? Thank you so much.

Still had the same problem when I used another user account. Didn't try to safe mode start up. Just got the answer below that solved the problem. Thank you so much for all of your help.

The system won’t let me start a new discussion, but this does not work in 11.1 MacOS 10.3.4
If you go back to the main Safari page, at the top is a box Search or ask a question. Use that to start a new discussion.
What if I don't want to use conversation view which I can't stand, any other solution?
Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing
Go to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Test. If okay, turn the extensions on one by one until you figure out what extension is causing the problem.
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
